How does ProArc generate the program?

ProArc’s AI uses a tailored scientific framework to build and optimize training programs, considering factors including periodization, volume, intensity, interference, recovery and fatigue science, endurance modality, and safety protocols. The framework by default aims to adapt to user input, including current level of capabilities and goals.

How can I be confident that ProArc will work?

ProArc is designed to prioritize performance improvement over the entire training program, rather than treating each individual session as a standalone objective. Every session planned in the program is designed considering the previous training load and future sessions. The ProArc framework can adapt to multiple endurance training modalities and event-specific or general hybrid fitness targets and goals.

Can I change my program?

The ProArc app allows you to further customize your program and fully make it your own by editing the training sessions and adding/removing exercises. You could even ask ProArc AI to build you ad-hoc sessions.

Is ProArc integrated with Strava?

You can connect your Strava account with ProArc to upload your cardio activities for performance analysis against the session target, and post your strength sessions to Strava with detailed exercise details.

How do I track my performance with ProArc?

ProArc has a built-in performance logging function that allows you to record set, rep, weight, and time duration information for all your exercises. You can also check your all-time best for all the exercises you've logged.

Will ProArc give me feedback on my performance?

After uploading your cardio activity via Strava, ProArc will provide analysis based on your performance and the exercise target, providing you with execution review and future improvement points.

Is there a free version of the app?

ProArc offers a curated library of pre-built programs for free, forever. If you decide to start a customized training program, you can use the first week of the program for free.

Do you offer free trials?

Yes, all ProArc subscriptions come with 1 week of free trial. Plans can be canceled at any time and are managed by Stripe.
