5k Run
"I had the goal of breaking the sub-50 mark for the 5k run for a very long time. I had come close to it a couple of times but just couldn’t break it. I followed a 5k plan with ProArc. HYROX Open Double
"We used ProArc for our HYROX double race in Warsaw. We’ve previously gotten 1:24 and wanted to get it down to sub-70. Prior to testing ProArc, we mainly attended HYROX classes, but felt we needed something specifically tailored to us to improve our time faster. What I found interesting was that I got a very different training plan than my race partner. Mine was more power-focused and his was very running-focused. This worked really well in our race, and we clocked a 1:09 result. Very happy!"
